This is a subtitle for your new post

Write about something you know. If you don’t know much about a specific topic, invite an expert to write about it. Having a variety of authors in your blog is a great way to keep visitors engaged. You know your audience better than anyone else, so keep them in mind as you write your blog posts. Write about things they care about. If you have a company Facebook page that gets lots of comments, you can look here to find topics to write about.

Maintaining great health, being truly nourished and finding a balance in your weight that promotes physical and mental wellness and consistent movement is like reaching that pot of gold on the other end of that rainbow. There is a clear link between eating well and feeling good, not just in your body, but also in your mind. So, what does "eating well" mean? It's certainly not only eating "clean", or never eating sugar, or stopping eating by 7pm. These kinds of diet rules are BS! Eating well for each of us will be different. Sure, there's some guidelines around what our bodies need from a fuel perspective in relation to how much we burn naturally and during physical activities. But then it becomes about choice. And everyone's choices will be different. We are different! Realising that you are not restricting, but making choices/decisions that make you feel better rather than worse is empowering. Doing something for yourself, rather than doing something that is potentially damaging to you requires you to turn some love on yourself. Make your own rules and thrive!
