Relaxation (Swedish) Massage

This is a relaxing massage, using light-medium pressure that is designed to calm your nervous system and  release stress and tension through gentle muscle manipulation. Wonderful for promoting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, and enhances overall well-being

Deep Tissue Massage

Used as part of a full body treatment or as a shorter muscle focus session. Pressure is firm with deep techniques to improve circulation and release chronic muscular tension, to rehabilitate from injury, enhance athletic recovery, decrease stiffness and improve mobility

Pregnancy Massage

Supporting mothers through their own body changes which may present as muscular aches and pains. In this specialised soothing massage I apply techniques to alleviate pain and discomfort, improve circulation and mobility and provide a sense of calm to aid full relaxation

Fascia supports the muscle throughout the body. Sometimes the myofascial tissue becomes tight and stiff instead of elastic and moveable, causing sensitivity or pain. These sessions assist you to release this tension through manual manipulation, rolling and light pressure

Assistance in focusing the mind and senses on a place where you can feel safe, peaceful and calm. This exercise will also use the mind to help with reducing stress and tension in the body as well as feelings of worry or anxiety
